Palais des Princes Evêques

🟥 Place Saint-Lambert, 4

Often referred to as one of the largest Gothic civil buildings in the world, the Palace of the Prince-Bishops now houses the Palace of Justice and the seat of the provincial government. As early as the year 1000, Notger built the first residence of the prince-bishops on this site. It was Prince-Bishop Érard de La Marck who, from 1526 onwards, gave it its current appearance.
